Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki beckoned to the standing setbacks and problems Muslims are beset by in western countries and underscored, “Deviation of Islam is one of the main challenges in western countries,” reported Taqrib News Agency (TNA).
Speaking in the 18th round of clergies conference which was held in London, Ayatollah Araki beckoned Muslims’ immigrants to western countries and underlined the present generation of Muslims in western societies are not immigrants and they belong to this society.
The grand Ayatollah put stress on the necessity of educating and introducing the real divine Islam religion to this new generation.
Ayatollah Araki beckoned to his observations during 2000 and 2001 in the UK, stating that back to those time, groups linked to Al-Qaida were free to actively fulfill their aims but Muslims were not even allowed to bring some religious books to university.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought pointed to the upcoming month of Ramadan and put accentuation on the importance leading role played by religious seminaries in this holy month .
The religious cleric beckoned to the duties of religious seminaries and underscored it is incumbent upon these centers so as to train and education experts in the realm of religion, providing the groundwork for them to introduce the real Islamic instructions and teachings to the world.
Earlier in his remarks, Head of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought underscored answering peoples' question is not mindless task and scholars should be careful in this arena.
